Faultless invoicing
With DoggyDoggy you can enter your own services and products. These can be walking services, but also overnight stays, sitting services or even food. The services or products you delivered are added to the right invoice for every client automatically. Check that the invoices are correct and send them all at once, at the press of a button. Still no payment after two weeks? Simply send a payment reminder!
Invoicing options
Subscriptions: you invoice in advance on the basis of a subscription. There are two kinds of subscription: fixed and variable. Does a client always want to join on Monday, but is that 4 times one month and 5 times the next? Then the amount stays the same with the fixed subscription, while it differs per month with the variable one.
Afterwards: at the end of the month you invoice every service you actually delivered. With this option your administration is always correct and you save the most time.
Prepaid: this option is an online, flexible version of the punch card. Clients top up their doggycoins (comparable to festival tokens) and use them to request services. You decide yourself how many doggycoins your services cost and how long the doggycoins stay valid.
Discounts
In DoggyDoggy you can apply discounts, for instance when a client has two dogs. You can also set discounts for clients who use your services very regularly. The discounts work for every form of payment; whether you invoice afterwards, use punch cards (prepaid) or subscriptions.
